2/2/14: SOS Results from Athletics Ireland Games

Well done to Star of the Sea’s two Athletes who took part in this years AAI Games in Athlone on Sunday.

Kourosh Foroughi took part in four events on the day – High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Putt & 60m sprint, while Robert Tully Jnr participated in the Mens 800m.

Kourosh:

LJ – 8th 6.53m

HJ – 2nd 2.11m (1st Irish Man- winner was Spain’s Simon Siverio with 2.14m)

SP – 2nd 11.71m

His 60m Race -5th 7.50sec

Rob:

His 800m Race – 4th 1.53.99min
